Abrol residency

Room and staff and manager. Very helpful manager. My wife got sick while reaching there, he arranged everything from auto to hospital and with his help and by God's grace we returned home safely. Thank you manager from me and my wife.

Location is bit inside from main road, like 600m.

The staffs are very nice ! TV not available there but it was not aspected . We check out on 24th & due to not having TV we are not able to get the current situation in kashmir . However foods preparation is very good . Overall experience is fine.

You will not regret about your stay as the staffs are so kind and helpful. Ask Arjun sharma anything he will organise like laundry, taxi.

Lack of cleanliness. Furniture and wardrobe needs good dusting. Window panes not clean. The floor along the bed facing the wall is full of dust and food crumbs left by previous occupiers.Bedsheets worn-out with holes. Nothing, Very bad experience

Room was full of spiders web, Bathroom was dirty seems tiles was not clean since decade, I have informed Hotel staff and asked them to clean bathroom and toilet they didn't listen and no one come to clean. Hotel staff is not helpful.Hotel location is very poor, you will not find any local transportation and shops within 1 KM. Location is near new Bus-stand and Garbage dump location.I didn't recommend this hotel at all.

Staff and the owner were so cooperative. They were very polite and always ready to assist and help. Will definitely recommend everyone to give it a chance.

It was value for money. Room was quite spacious and clean. Owner is extremely polite and helpful. He even allowed me to stay for extra 3 hours after checkout time as my departure train was running late.

Rooms are big.. we were in triple occupancy room

No proper toiletries are given.. no electric kettle was there. No tv in any room.

Location is away from all public places in katra. Auto driver are not aware abt the hotel which creates problem in finding hotel in night . was not able to order food for lunch and dinner as cook was sick and there were no toher option except tea. location is far and non-accessibile from the main street and market and also need to pay 150-300 rs to auto if want to go from/to hotel. paid a lot of money just for a room where stayed 1/4 of the trip 2.5 days .

I like the room and behaviour of staff and reception. Cleaning of room is best and washroom is spacious.

The food they provide was not that good... Gravy vegetables r not recommended.

The break fast was not the best neither the worst it was OK. Though the only thing in the food selection that I liked was the tea .

I didn't like a few things like the room . It was like a box . No design nothing . No tv . Only a bed, cubbard and table. The bathroom was also not that clean . Overall I give a 4 out of 10. Really not good . We are in a way cheper and better hotel now . Please improve you abrol residency .

The great gesture from the owner. The residency was very clean and the price is very nominal compared to others in the same place. The price of food is also nominal and the taste of tea was excellent. I went along with my family, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. One of hte instance, as soon as I enquired regarding Heli's booking, the owner took me personally in his vehicle to the place of booking. Once booking is completed, he picked me back to the residency. I strongly recommend this place which is a bit interior, however, google maps points in the right direction.
